A neutral path forward, the moment one is needed most.
After a fire or major property loss, the hardest part often isn’t the emergency itself. It’s the hours right after, when the trucks are leaving and you’re left wondering what to do next.
CCC was built for that moment.
We are not:
A contractor
A referral service
Recommending certain firms above others
What we do is give you immediate, unbiased access to qualified restoration companies in your area.
You make your own decisions, on your own terms.
Three steps. No pressure. No cost.
1. Scan the card. Your local fire department will hand you a CCC card on scene, once it’s safe to do so. Scan the QR code with your phone or visit the URL on the card later, when you’re ready.
2. See your options. You’ll see a list of qualified restoration companies serving your county. Every company on the list is licensed, insured, and verified by CCC. The order is randomized. There are no rankings. No company can pay to appear higher on your screen.
3. Choose…or refrain. Pick one company or pick none. The choice is entirely yours.
Once you select a company, they’ll reach out within 15 minutes to begin the conversation. From that point forward, your relationship is directly with them. CCC steps out of the way.
You’re never charged by CCC for using the platform. You can choose a completely different company. Your decision, every step.
Compete on merit, without arriving at an active scene uninvited.
If you run a qualified restoration company, CCC brings a structured, transparent way to reach property owners at their point of need. Without paying for leads, paying for placement or listening to scanners.

A neutral answer to an impossible question. “Who should I call?” is one of the most common questions property owners ask responders. It’s also one of the hardest to answer. Recommending a contractor creates liability, raises favoritism concerns, and puts firefighters in a position they shouldn’t be in.
CCC gives your department a single, neutral response: hand the homeowner a card. Every homeowner. Every incident. No discretion, no judgment, no recommendation.
What this means for each department:
CCC operates under an approved and documented framework designed to protect departmental neutrality and integrity. Interested in learning more?
